Rehman khan a popular standup comedian is a first class History graduate. Born and brought up in Mumbai. Speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi. First appeared on TV in the show “The Great Indian laughter challenge 3” , But known as a stand-up comedian since he was in school studying 7th standard. He use to crack jokes in front of class and mimic teachers. Till the time of reaching collage he was popular among friends for comedy. Born and brought up in a conservative muslim family in Mumbai India. His family was nowhere connected to Film, TV or Theatre before. Initially he faced a strong oppositions from elders but later it was accepted as he became popular and was making his living from standup comedy. Beside Stand-up Comedian Rehman Khan is also a very good Theatre and Film Actor. He has performed many Plays as Writer, Director, Actor. And has Anchored many live orchestras. Rehman Khan has performed many inter college and Professional Play in Hindi, English, Urdu. He has also worked with NGO Salaam Bombay Foundation and has performed more than 1000 shows of a Play based on Anti-Tobacco Came to fame as standup comedian from Laughter Challenge and Comedy Circus. Rehman Khan has done many TV shows for various channels. Rehman Khan was the only contestant in Laughter Challenge who got 2 wild entries by judges. TV channels and Comdey shows helped him to become popular stand-up comedian of India. Although there are many good stand-up comedians in India but Rehman Khan has its own unique style of comedy which has no substitute. Comedy items like Tapori, Bhaigiri jokes and qawaali in his signature style is enjoyed worldwide.
